"Companhia das Conservas at the QSP SUMMIT"
Companhia das Conservas had its place this year at the QSP Summit, showcasing the best of its gastronomic offerings in the Food Area, alongside several renowned venues from the Porto district.
Evanilda and Fátima represented our space at the event, preparing a variety of fresh snacks on site, such as Cod Empanadas, Skinless and Boneless Sardine Bruschetta with Organic Seaweed, Smoked Trout with Apple Purée and Crispy Onion. On the second day, the public had the opportunity to try: Tuna Fillet Wrap, Skinless and Boneless Sardine Quiche with Lemon and Basil, and Roasted Pepper Hummus with Mackerel Fillets and Condiments.
The most prominent Management and Marketing Conference in Europe, which this year gathered over three thousand participants, was considered by the team an excellent opportunity for know-how and empowerment.
